UFC Seattle: Adesanya vs Pyfer — Fight Card, Start Times and How to Watch
UFC returns to Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena on Saturday, March 28, with a middleweight main event featuring former champion Israel Adesanya against rising contender Joe Pyfer.
Adesanya enters the bout looking to snap his first career losing streak. The Nigerian-born fighter, widely regarded as one of the greatest middleweights in UFC history, holds a record of 24-5-0 and is currently ranked No. 4 in the division.
Pyfer, ranked No. 14, sees this as a career-defining opportunity. A win over Adesanya would catapult him into the upper echelon of the 185-pound division.
The co-main event features a compelling women’s flyweight matchup between former champion Alexa Grasso (No. 3) and Maycee Barber (No. 5). Grasso is also seeking to end a winless run that includes her title loss to Valentina Shevchenko.
All fights stream live on Paramount+, which became the exclusive home of UFC events in 2026 under a seven-year agreement. The deal eliminated pay-per-view, with all numbered events and Fight Nights included in a standard Paramount+ subscription.
Prelims begin at 5:00 PM ET / 2:00 PM PT, followed by the main card at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT.
